Bob is a funny 65 year old Jewish New Yorker who went to Woodstock at 15, designed bathrooms for Elton John and Janet Jackson and only has one week to live. Diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, Bob invites filmmaker Amiel Courtin-Wilson to document his death. Man on Earth is a profound portrait of Bob wrestling with love, regret and his looming mortality. Man on Earth is a deeply moving meditation on the nature of time, and the paradoxes that arise when you are forced to choose the exact moment of your death.
